Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using LittleBookPath, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What LittleBookPath provides
LittleBookPath is a book discovery and tracking platform for children's books. We provide curated reading paths, personalised recommendations, and a library to track your child's reading journey. We do not sell books directly.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Please use LittleBookPath only for its intended purpose of managing your child's reading journey.
Subscriptions and billing
LittleBookPath offers a paid subscription for access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed monthly in AUD. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us within 7 days of a charge if you have a billing concern.
Beta period
During the beta period, some features may be incomplete or change without notice. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we improve the product.
Analytics and usage data
By using LittleBookPath, you acknowledge that we collect anonymised usage data to improve the product. This is handled by PostHog and does not include personally identifiable information. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Submit false or misleading book recommendations
- Scrape or automate access to the platform
Intellectual property
All content on LittleBookPath — including reading path curation, descriptions, and design — is owned by LittleBookPath. Book covers and metadata are the property of their respective publishers and are used for informational purposes only.
Limitation of liability
LittleBookPath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
